Returns

We do not accept any returns, due to the nature of the product. If you reach out to us before the item is shipped, then we can cancel your order. Once the product is sent out, we will not allow a return of the item.

Refunds

If you received a broken item, an incorrect item, or never received your order at all, then we can initiate a refund. Refunds will only be provided in a situation that can be proven.
